Uttalande från Huawei om problem med Fusion Solar (uppdaterat 22/4)
Som många av er tyvärr har upptäckt är det problem med Huaweis app Fusion Solar. Detta gör att det varit svårt att driftsätta nya anläggningar. Problemet beror på att man håller på att byta system inför lanseringen av nya Fusion Solar 7.0 och just nu migrerar stora mängder konton med all deras data. Vi kommer att löpande publicera information från Huawei om detta.
OBS - Tänk på att låta Solelgrossisten skapa ditt Huawei installatörskonto (om ni inte redan har ett installatörskonto under Solelgrossistens paraply).Vi kan då ge dig bättre service och support med alla Huawei installationer/driftsättningar.

Dear users,
Thank you for your long-term support for the FusionSolar smart PV cloud. In order to provide better user experience and services, we will upgrade the system from 18:00 on April 23, 2021 to 08:00 on April 26, 2021 (UTC+02:00). During this period, you will not be able to log in to the system. After the upgrade is complete, you need to update your FusionSolar APP. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The updates include:
1. Update the user interface to make it easier to access different functions.
2. Added an online usage guide and the support for searching for platform functions and online help documents.
3. Added the support for the LUNA2000 smart string energy storage system.
4. Updated the FusionSolar app.
5. Fix system stability and performance issues.

From April 17 to April 30, Fusionsolar 6.0 will be gradually switched to Fusionsolar 7.0. during this period, system maintenance will be performed irregularly. We will release a notice to you six hours in advance before the maintenance.
